Job Description:

Whitemagic Fashions is seeking a dedicated and efficient Front Office Manager to join our team. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and organized front office environment. Your primary role will be to oversee and manage the front desk operations, including coordinating with clients, handling enquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. This position plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our customers and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.

Manage appointments and scheduling for clients and employees.

Maintain a clean and organised reception area.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record keeping.

Provide information and assistance to customers and clients.

Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Resolve customer inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain office supplies and order as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent.

Proven experience in a similar role is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
