key responsibilities

billing & payments: process payments, prepare bills, and manage cash transactions efficiently.
communication: coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
administrative duties: maintain accurate guest records, manage phone lines, and handle correspondence.
desired skills & qualifications
education: minimum 12th grade; a degree or diploma in hospitality management is plus.
experience: 13 years in a front office or customer service role, preferably in the hotel industry.
communication skills: fluency in english and hindi; additional languages are a plus.
