Key Responsibilities
Visitor Management: Greet, welcome, and direct visitors, clients, and vendors appropriately upon arrival; maintain the visitor logbook (physical or digital).
Call & Communication Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed; manage general inquiry emails.
Front Desk Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and equipped with all necessary materials (such as brochures, forms, and stationery).
Inward/Outward Courier Management: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers; track and dispatch outgoing couriers.
Administrative Support: Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, filing, and scheduling appointments or meeting room bookings.
Security & Compliance: Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitoring logbooks, issuing visitor badges).
