responsibilities:
welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in & check-out processes.
handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
maintain guest records and update reservations in the pms (property management system).
coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, f&b, maintenance) for guest requirements.
manage billing, cash handling, and credit transactions accurately.
ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
assist in upselling hotel services and facilities to maximize revenue.
maintain confidentiality of guest information and uphold hotel policies.
requirements:
freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
good communication skills in english (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
pleasant personality with strong customer service skills.
basic computer knowledge; experience with hotel pms preferred.
ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
