Position - Front Desk Executive (Only girls)

Role & Responsibility :

Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)

. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages

. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

. Keep updated records and files

. Familiarity with office machines (. fax, printer etc.)

. Understand English (oral and written)

. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word)

. Strong communication and people skills

. Problem-solving skills

. Customer service orientation
