Stimulus Consulting (Bangalore) an HR Consulting & Training Organization, delivering high-quality corporate learning interventions across India since 1997. While our trainers previously travelled nationwide for in-person sessions, post-pandemic client preferences have shifted toward regional/local trainers.

Who We-re Looking For:

Minimum 10 years of corporate experience before transitioning into freelance training.

At least 5 years of freelancing experience in corporate training.

Expertise in Delivering Training on Topics Like:

- Business Communication

- Interpersonal Skills

- Conflict Management

- Presentation Skills

- First-Time Managers

- Campus to Corporate

- Leadership Development

- Selling Skills

- Customer Centricity

- Individual Effectiveness

- Negotiation & Influencing

- Team Building & Collaboration

Preferred Locations:

Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Delhi, Kolkata, Gurugram, Vadodara, Noida, Ahmedabad. (Trainers with multiple base locations will have an added advantage.)

Note: Trainers will be responsible for their own local conveyance and accommodation expenses.
