- Actively trade in the live forex market under supervision

- Track trades, maintain trading journals, and evaluate performance

- Manage risk and follow proper capital allocation guidelines

- Receive mentorship from senior traders and performance reviews

- Basic understanding of forex pairs, price action, and indicators
