We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Food Packing Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. As a Food Packing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the packaging and distribution processes of food products, ensuring they meet quality standards, adhere to food safety regulations, and are prepared for timely delivery. Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the packaging operations of food products, ensuring products are properly labeled, sealed, and packed according to established guidelines.

Conduct regular quality checks on packaging processes to ensure products meet company quality standards and adhere to food safety regulations.

Train and lead a team of packaging staff, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure proper coordination and timely packaging of products to meet delivery schedules.

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track stock usage, and initiate reordering as needed to avoid shortages.

Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene standards within the packaging department to ensure compliance with regulations.

Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste minimization in the packaging operations.

Address packaging-related challenges promptly, making necessary adjustments to ensure production continuity.

Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of packaging equipment and tools.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of packaging materials.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in food technology, packaging, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a food manufacturing or packaging environment is highly advantageous.
