We are looking for reliable and customer-oriented Motorcycle Food Delivery Drivers to transport food orders promptly and safely to our valued customers across Kuwait. The ideal candidates will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent knowledge of Kuwait's roads, and a commitment to providing outstanding delivery service. Motorcycle Food Delivery Drivers will be responsible for delivering food orders while adhering to traffic rules and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Collect food orders from designated restaurants and ensure their accurate packaging for delivery.

Safely transport food orders to customers' locations within the specified time frame.

Verify the accuracy of delivered orders with customers and handle any customer inquiries or concerns professionally.

Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the delivery motorcycle.

Coordinate with the dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and schedules.

Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Handle cash payments and maintain accurate records of transactions if necessary.

Report any delivery issues or customer feedback to the management team promptly.

Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing the company during interactions with customers.

Requirements:

Valid motorcycle driving license in Kuwait.

Prior experience as a delivery driver, preferably in the food or courier service industry.

Excellent knowledge of Kuwait's roads, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns.

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Ability to handle and prioritize multiple delivery orders efficiently.

Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications for efficient route planning.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet delivery deadlines.

Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Arabic.
