Flutter Developer (Fresher)

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Flutter Developer (Fresher) to join our mobile application development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in cross-platform mobile development and a basic understanding of Flutter and Dart. You will work with experienced developers to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS while gaining practical industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.

• Build responsive, reusable, and user-friendly UI components.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Dart code.

• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into mobile applications.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.

• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.

• Stay updated with the latest Flutter framework updates and mobile development trends.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Flutter and the Dart programming language.

• Understanding of mobile application development concepts.

• Familiarity with Flutter widgets, layouts, navigation, and state management basics.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP requests.

• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.

• Familiarity with Git version control.

• Knowledge of Android Studio or Visual Studio Code.

• Basic understanding of mobile app debugging and testing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Internship, academic project, or personal project experience using Flutter.

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Eligibility

• Freshers (0-1 year of experience).

• Candidates with Flutter-based academic, personal, or internship projects are encouraged to apply.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.

• Basic understanding of Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging).

• Familiarity with SQLite or local storage solutions.

• Exposure to publishing apps on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

• Understanding of Agile development practices and GitHub workflows.
