The candidate should have an expert knowledge and should be emphatic in handling American clients with honestly and efficiency.

The candidate should be ready to work in EST / PST ( US Time Zone) .

The skills required for the job includes the following:

International Sales Calling

Researching potential leads

Meeting and exceeding weekly sales target.

Answering potential client calls and resolve any queries.

Maintaining database of clients

Mail handling
