Key Responsibilities:

- Monitoring Flight Operations: Oversee all flight activities to ensure they are conducted safely and on time, addressing any issues that may arise during operations.

- Passenger Assistance: Help passengers with check-in processes, answer their questions, and provide information about flights to enhance their travel experience.

- Safety Checks: Conduct pre-departure safety checks to ensure all safety protocols are followed and that equipment is functioning properly before flights leave.

- Communication Coordination: Liaise with the flight crew and ground staff to facilitate smooth communication and coordinate operations effectively.

- Incident Reporting: Document any irregularities or incidents that occur during flights and report them to senior management for further action.
