Job Description

The Flight Holidays Executive is responsible for planning, selling, and coordinating flight-based

holiday packages. The role involves handling customer queries, preparing customized itineraries,

managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries related to flight holidays and vacation packages

• Design and customize domestic and international holiday packages

• Book flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and related travel services

• Provide accurate fare quotations and package details to customers

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners

• Manage bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling

• Ensure compliance with travel regulations, visa requirements, and airline policies

• Maintain customer records and follow up for feedback and repeat business
