flexera technical-functional specialist-remote

schedule: us day shift

responsibilities:

• review and resolve data quality issues within the flexera system.

• support day-to-day operations of flexera including product catalog management on app broker.

• create and manage manual allocations and conduct maintenance operations on the beacon landscape.

• assist in flexera upgrades and manage change processes for os patches and server maintenance/upgrades.

• review application health states and performance metrics to ensure system availability.

• troubleshoot integration issues and perform data load reviews to ensure seamless operations.

• configure reports and dashboards to support other sap functions effectively.

qualifications:

• above 2 years of experience with flexera tools and operations.

• strong understanding of standard integration processes and troubleshooting methodologies.

• technical proficiency with sql queries and powershell scripting.

• experience in product catalog management specific to software and it asset management.

• excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze health states and performance.

• effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
