Walk-In For Fleet Manager - Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated Fleet Manager to oversee our vehicle fleet operations in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will manage the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of our fleet to ensure smooth and effective transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fleet Maintenance Management: Regularly inspect and schedule maintenance for all vehicles to ensure safety and reliability, minimizing downtime and repair costs.

- Route Optimization: Analyze and plan efficient routes for the fleet to maximize productivity, reduce fuel consumption, and improve delivery times.

- Driver Management: Supervise and train drivers to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety and accountability.

- Inventory Control: Manage the inventory of spare parts and supplies to support the successful maintenance of the fleet, ensuring availability when needed.

- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage the fleet budget, tracking expenses for fuel, maintenance, and repairs to identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, including mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance history, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Required skills include strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, along with effective communication skills. Candidates should possess knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations. A diploma in a related field is necessary, and male applicants are encouraged to apply. We seek someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in an office setting. A minimum of 2 years' experience in fleet management is preferred.
