Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify client's fitness level, preferences & goals
- Develop personalized fitness plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs
- Guide clients through workouts, providing encouragement and support to help them stay motivated & on track.
- Monitor Progress and provide feedback to help clients make adjustments to their plan as needed.
- Communicate with clients regularly, either through phone, video calls, or messaging to provide support & guidance.
- Stay up to date on the latest fitness trends and techniques and be able to incorporate them into your coaching.
- Must be a team player who's willing to learn & unlearn different fitness techniques and approaches.
