We are looking for a female Fitness Trainer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in the fitness industry and be passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals. This is a full-time position that requires you to work from the office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Conduct Fitness Assessments:** Evaluate the fitness levels of clients to create personalized training plans that suit their needs.
- **Design Workout Programs:** Develop safe, effective, and enjoyable workout programs for clients at all fitness levels.
- **Lead Training Sessions:** Instruct and motivate clients during workouts, ensuring they perform exercises safely and effectively.
- **Monitor Progress:** Track client progress and make adjustments to their fitness plans based on their evolving needs and feedback.
- **Provide Nutrition Guidance:** Offer general advice on nutrition and healthy eating habits to support clients' fitness goals.
- **Maintain Equipment:** Ensure all fitness equipment is clean, safe, and in working order, reporting any issues promptly.
