HDFC Bank is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Financial Services Associates at our New Delhi branch (Gurgaon location). This is a client-facing role involving relationship management, sales, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell financial products like loans, credit cards, insurance, and mutual funds.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Understand customer financial needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Achieve monthly sales and service targets.

Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum: Graduation in any stream (Bachelor’s degree).

Experience: 5 to 6 years in banking, finance, or related sales/customer service roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of banking and financial services is preferred.
