Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Investment Banking firm. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data and preparing financial models to assist in the valuation of companies and in the execution of M&A and financing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis on companies across various sectors, including financial modeling and valuation analysis

Develop detailed financial models, projections, and valuations for potential investment opportunities

Participate in due diligence efforts, including review of financial statements, market analysis, and industry trends

Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders

Work with senior members of the team to execute M&A and financing transactions

Stay up to date with industry trends and monitor the competitive landscape

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

At least 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity or Corporate Finance

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Willingness to work long hours and meet tight deadlines
