Job Description: Finance Executive
Location: Chennai
The person will take on the responsibility for all accounting & finance related tasks at the office.
He/she will collaborate and work alongside our existing employees and volunteers in completing the assigned tasks.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Handle end to end Books of Accounts including data entry into QuickBooks / Zoho Books
Accounts Payable - Manage daily & periodic payments including statutory payments
Accounts Receivable Preparing Invoices and Receivables, issue receipts for all donations
Provide support in preparing monthly statement of accounts
Provide support for year-end Statutory audit and Income tax Filing
Coordination with Auditor / external partners for Statutory filings TDS, GST, EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, ROC etc.
Exposure in Preparing Donor Reporting & Fund Utilization Certificate
Manage periodic statutory & legal compliances like FCRA.
Provide support in preparing donor reports & handling donor audits
Education Qualification / Experience:
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Graduate in / or any equivalent accounting degree
Hands-on experience in QuickBooks / Zoho Books or equivalent
Prior experience with NGO -trust / society accounting would be an Preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Good Interpersonal and communication skills
Good working knowledge in MS office packages including Excel
Resourceful, responsible, and self-starting
Ability to manage data efficiently.

Scope: Full time, flexible work hours
Remuneration: CTC - to lakhs
