Group CFO- Finance Controller

Candidates should have min 14 years of experience in construction, highrise building, hospitality company etc.

Candidates must have gulf experience.

Candidates should have CA or MBA Finance degree.

Responsible for overall financial controls of the group including

Budgeting, accounting, MIS, Compliance and Taxation.

Debt Restructuring/Funding

Anchor the project feasibility sign off process and continuously

monitor the actual vs budgeted cost to highlight variances and

work with key stakeholders to optimize profitability.

Complete in charge of Finance & Accounts till finalization and

audit sign off
