Key Responsibilities:
1. Field representative for gaming arcade kiosk
2. Diagnose and repair computer hardware issues, including but not limited to desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware components such as CPUs, memory, hard drives, and peripherals.
3. Provide technical support to clients over the phone, via email, or in person.
4. Ensure the security and integrity of data by following established protocols.
5. Maintain accurate records of repairs and service requests.
Keep up-to-date with new technologies and hardware developments.
6. Communicate with vendors and service providers to obtain necessary parts and support.
7. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve technical skills.
8. Provide on-site support as needed.
