Position: Residential Flats - Field Marketing Executive

Experience: 3 - 6 years in real estate marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-field marketing and promotional activities for residential flats.

Engage with potential customers, generate leads, and support sales conversions.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns.

Maintain market awareness and provide regular feedback on customer preferences and competitors.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel and work on the field.

Prior experience in real estate marketing preferred.
