Roles & Responsibility

ON GROUND OPERATIONS

• Maintaining punctuality and grooming and reaching the outlet at the login time

• Follow the activity process

• Complete the survey activity with the right target group and explain the process and benefits to the consumer

• Should have good conversation skills and should know all the spiels fluently

STOCK MANAGEMENT

• Should handle the stocks given to them by supervisor

• PSE must share the correct remaining stock detail to supervisor

REPORTING

• Daily WhatsApp reporting – Login selfies, live location, closing selfies

• Updating the supervisor on any competition activity running in the respective outlet

Salary – 16,000 – 18,000 CTC per month
