Roles & Responsibility

ON GROUND OPERATIONS

Maintaining punctuality and grooming and reaching the outlet at the login time

Follow the activity process

Complete the survey activity with the right target group and explain the process and benefits to the consumer

Should have good conversation skills and should know all the spiels fluently

STOCK MANAGEMENT

Should handle the stocks given to them by supervisor

PSE must share the correct remaining stock detail to supervisor

REPORTING

Daily WhatsApp reporting Login selfies, live location, closing selfies

Updating the supervisor on any competition activity running in the respective outlet

Salary 16,000 18,000 CTC per month
