• proven experience in fiber splicing (minimum 2–5 years preferred) with two wheeler compulsory.

• knowledge of splicing standards, color coding, and fiber cable handling installation and termination.

• proficient with light source, power meter, and fusion splicing machine.

• ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
