Roles & Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound leads - convert inquiries into bookings.- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages (Domestic).- Follow up with potential clients via Call, WhatsApp & Email.- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth trip execution.- Maintain customer data and sales reports in CRM / Excel.- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.

Skills Required- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English- Must have convincing & negotiation skills- Knowledge of domestic tourist destinations and tour itineraries- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM- Self-motivated, target-oriented & energetic

Eligibility- 12th Pass / Graduate can apply- Experience in Travel / Tourism / Hotel / BPO sales will be preferred- Freshers with excellent communication can also apply
