Role & responsibilities:

1. Design Development: Conceptualizing and developing designs for Western wear and High Fashion that align with the brand's aesthetic and target market.

2. Trend Research: Staying updated with the latest fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes relevant to Indo-Western fashion.

4. Fabric and Material Selection: Choosing appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments for each design, considering quality, cost, and market trends.

5. Sample Development: Overseeing the creation of samples to ensure the design vision is translated effectively.

6. Collaboration: Working closely with the production team to ensure designs are executed accurately and within deadlines.

7. Market Analysis: Analyzing data and customer feedback to make informed decisions about future design directions.
