reports to: store manager / department manager

role overview:

as a fashion consultant (fc/sfc), you will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. you will provide personalized styling advice, build strong client relationships, and contribute to achieving store sales targets while upholding the brand’s luxury standards.

key responsibilities:

• assist clients with styling, fittings & purchases.

• build long-term client relationships & maintain clienteling.

• achieve individual & store sales targets.

• maintain vm, stock & store standards.

• stay updated on designers, trends & collections.

requirements:

• fc: 1–3 yrs exp. | sfc: 4–6 yrs exp. in luxury retail/fashion.

• strong communication & styling skills.

• passion for fashion & customer service.

• presentable & professional.
