Farm Manager (Poultry Exeperience) (Male)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily farm activities including feeding, watering, egg collection, and housekeeping

Monitor breeder flock health, behavior, and production performance

Ensure proper male-to-female ratio and breeding efficiency

Implement vaccination schedules and coordinate with veterinarians

Maintain strict biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks

Supervise and train farm workers and assign daily tasks

Ensure proper egg handling, grading, storage, and dispatch

Maintain accurate farm records (mortality, feed consumption, egg production, hatchability)

Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, ventilation, lighting)

Coordinate with hatchery and logistics teams

Ensure compliance with company standards and government regulations
