Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Poultry Farm Supervisor to oversee daily farm operations and ensure healthy bird management, proper hygiene, workforce supervision, and smooth production activities. This is a field-based role requiring hands-on involvement in farm activities and coordination with workers and management.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day poultry farm operations

Monitor bird health, feed intake, water supply, and growth

Ensure cleanliness, bio-security measures, and farm hygiene standards

Manage farm workers, assign duties, and monitor attendance

Maintain daily records related to feed, mortality, production, and medicine

Coordinate vaccination schedules and assist veterinarians when required

Identify and report health issues, losses, or operational problems promptly

Ensure proper storage and usage of feed, medicines, and equipment

Follow safety, environmental, and government compliance norms

Support management in improving productivity and cost control

Requirements & Skills

Experience in poultry farm operations (preferred)

Basic knowledge of poultry health, feeding, and vaccination

Ability to manage labor and work in a field environment

Good observation and reporting skills

Basic record-keeping and coordination ability

Physically fit and willing to work on the farm premises
