We are searching for a Fish Cage/Farm Manager with good business sense to join our team. The Fish Cage/Farm Managers responsibilities include monitoring staff, Feed, Seed and livestock, preparing budgets and reports, and ensuring maximum profit. You should be able to maintain professional networks and keep abreast of developments in Fish Cage/Farm Culture science.

Farm Manager Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Fisheries Science (B.)

Fish Cage/Farm Manager Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a budget for the cage or pond, including supplies, labour, maintenance and other expenses

Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions including sales figures, inventory levels and expenses

Hiring, firing, training, and disciplining cage or pond workers as necessary

Administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, arranging travel arrangements, and maintaining records of transactions, meetings, and phone calls

Managing inventory levels of cage or pond supplies and equipment to ensure current is adequate for operations and orders can be filled in a timely manner.

Develop and implement policies to ensure that all cage or pond operations are conducted in a safe manner.

Development and implementation of new aquaculture technologies to improve fish yields or sustainability over time.

Coordinating with physicians to provide medical care to fish in cages or ponds

Preparing budgets, managing accounts receivable, and overseeing aquaculture operations in accordance with company policies

They develop and learn practical skills as they adapt to new technologies. Well organizational, communicative and personable and the ability to perform tasks under a stressful environment. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fish health and nutrition.

Any other works as given the Management from time to time.
