at logiczap nextgen technologies, we are looking for knowledgeable faculty in electrical & mechanical domain.

eligibility -

/ with 2+ years of experience as faculty/trainer (in degree or diploma college/corporate)

having in-depth knowledge of electrical engineering (for faculty of electrical) / mechanical engineering (for the faculty of mechanical) with practical work experience.

this is an in-office job, candidates shall be available for offline work & available to travel across our different centers to handle training.

expected salary -

salary: upto 3 lpa

responsibilities -

✔handle academic & corporate trainings (classroom & onsite training) programs.

✔prepare high-quality training content and technical documents.

✔prepare lab experiments & conduct them accordingly.

✔take ownership of training, assessment & doubt clearing.

✔develop technical write-ups as per company expectations.

✔handles candidates' queries and do career counseling for all interested learners.

✔responsible for delivering webinars, seminars, workshops, and training programs.

✔actively participating in the exhibitions, competitions, and demonstrations organized by the company.

✔track the learning progress, attendance, learning experience, practical activity, feedback & smooth operation of training programs.

preferences -

educational qualification for mechanical/automobile faculty:

✔/ in mechanical/automobile or related from a reputed institute (for mechanical faculty).

✔expertise in modeling & simulation of ev & hev related subsystems with matlab & simulink

✔must have knowledge in any 2d, 3d cad/cam software like autocad, solid works, creo, ansys, catia, solidwork, matlab, etc

✔expertise in design tools such as ansys and altium

✔excellent communication and presentation skills

✔proficiency with microsoft word, excel, and powerpoint.
