- Responsible for performing workman activities in the factory, such as operating machinery, assembling products, and packaging goods. This includes following instructions from supervisors and adhering to safety guidelines.

- Assist in packing material for shipment or storage, ensuring that items are properly secured and labeled. This may involve using tools such as tape guns and bubble wrap.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping floors, disposing of trash, and storing equipment properly. This helps to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

- Help with general tasks as needed, such as lifting heavy objects, loading and unloading trucks, and stocking inventory. This requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors effectively.

- Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from superiors to complete tasks efficiently.

- Attention to detail to ensure that products are packed accurately and shipments are processed correctly.
