Post - Factory Supervision (Production Experience of)

Experience: 1-2 years

Salary Range: INR 12,000 - INR 18,000

Time 9:00 AM to 6:00 pm

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinating with other supervisors to ensure that production goals are being met

Assigning tasks to employees based on their skills and experience levels

Monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure they are within acceptable ranges

Reviewing reports on labor costs and efficiency rates to ensure that they are within budget guidelines

Ensuring that materials and supplies are in a positive flow
