Factory Helper - Mirzapur

We are looking for a dedicated Factory Helper to support our operations in Mirzapur, India. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with up to one year of experience and who have completed at least their 10th grade education.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Assisting Production Workers**: You will help the production team by preparing materials and tools necessary for manufacturing processes, ensuring everything is ready for efficient work.

2. **Cleaning and Organizing**: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential. You will help keep the factory floor tidy, ensuring safety and efficiency.

3. **Loading and Unloading Materials**: You will be responsible for moving materials from delivery trucks to the production area and also retrieving finished goods for shipping.

4. **Following Safety Protocols**: Adhering to safety protocols is crucial. You will follow all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your coworkers.

5. **Performing Basic Maintenance**: Occasionally, you may need to assist with basic equipment maintenance and report any issues to supervisors.

Required Skills and Expectations:
