Fabrication Manager (10-16 Years)

To lead and manage all fabrication activities including planning, production, welding, and assembly ensuring high-quality output, adherence to timelines, and optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials. The Fabrication Manager ensures compliance with quality and safety standards while driving efficiency and continuous improvement across the fabrication unit.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in Transformers Tank Design & Fabrication

Experience in testing of transformers tanks like Welding Inspection, NDT Testing, Pressure Test, Vacuum test, leakage test,

Experience in Painting & shot blasting

Final salary range upto 12-13 lakh per annum

Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques cutting, bending, welding, forming, and assembly

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
