F&O Trader / Dealer

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and dynamic professionals for the role of F&O Trader / Dealer. The candidate should have strong market understanding and hands-on experience in derivatives trading and client dealing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute trades in Equity, Futures & Options (F&O) segment

• Handle client orders and advisory support (if required)

• Monitor live market positions, MTM, and margin requirements

• Provide trading ideas and strategies to clients

• Ensure compliance with risk management and exchange guidelines

• Manage high-volume trading accounts efficiently

• Track market trends, news, and technical indicators

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of F&O strategies (hedging, spreads, intraday, positional)

• Hands-on experience with trading terminals (ODIN, NEST, etc.)

• Good understanding of market risk and volatility

• Quick decision-making and execution skills

• Excellent communication for client handling

Qualifications:

• Graduate (Finance/Commerce preferred)

• NISM Certification (Derivatives) preferred
