Faculty - F&B Service

We are seeking a passionate F&B Service Faculty member to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Food and Beverage service, along with relevant teaching experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Teaching and Training**: Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on training sessions on F&B service techniques to ensure students gain comprehensive knowledge and skills.

- **Developing Curriculum**: Design and update the curriculum to meet current industry standards, ensuring that the material is relevant and applicable to real-world scenarios.

- **Conducting Assessments**: Evaluate students’ performance through tests, projects, and practical exams, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.

- **Industry Collaboration**: Build relationships with local restaurants and hotels to enhance internship and job placement opportunities for students.

- **Mentoring Students**: Provide guidance and support to students, helping them navigate their academic and professional journeys.

- **Maintaining Equipment and Facilities**: Ensure that all F&B service equipment and learning environments are well-maintained and conducive to effective teaching and learning.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field is mandatory.

- Candidates should have 1 to 5 years of experience in F&B service or a similar role.

- Strong communication skills are necessary for conveying information effectively.

- A deep understanding of current trends in the food and beverage industry is expected.
