To provide immediate support, counseling service to educate the family

members of the deceased to donate eyes.

To explore opportunities to organize public health education programs on

Eye donation in corporate sectors, educational institutions etc in and around

the city.

To identify sponsorship for publicity materials, hoardings, advertisements

related to eye donation.

To attend eye donation calls and arrange the team to harvest the donor eyes.

To send replies and acknowledgement letters to family members.

Prepare pledge cards and maintain database of donors.
