the ceo is looking for an executive assistant to provide help & support to ensure the smooth management of his day-to-day affairs, and the most effective use of his time. the job requires you to be an extremely organized and self-initiated individual, capable of handling sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner.
roles & responsibilities
• assist the ceo in the timely management of communications, including written, telephone, and email.
• maintain a list of tasks the ceo assigns to various stakeholders, follow up to ensure timelines are met, and raise flags in case of any delay.
• handle projects, which include conducting research and providing required information.
• compose and edit letters, documents, emails, and proposals and ensure follow-up with those that require answers, responses, and written replies.
• assist in the management and organization of the ceo’s calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities.
• manage and coordinate travel for both business and personal arrangements.
• spend time and become familiar with all aspects of business and residence.
• coordinate the hosting of meetings, luncheons, and in-house events.
• perform a variety of office and personal errands.
• coordinate and manage vendors and contractors at the office and/or residence.

graduate with excellent written & verbal skills
computer skills (excel, word, power point)
knowledge of it software

2 – 4 years’ experience in a similar role
