Job Description

- manage executive's calendar: coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the executive to ensure efficient time management.

- assist in preparing reports and presentations: help in gathering data, creating slides, and organizing information to support the executive in presenting key information effectively.

- organize travel arrangements: make travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and itinerary planning to ensure smooth business trips for the executive.

- handle communication: act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, responding to emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the executive.

- maintain confidential information: handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all interactions and tasks.

required skills and expectations:

1. excellent organizational skills: ability to prioritize tasks, manage a busy schedule, and juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.

2. strong communication skills: clear and concise communication both verbally and in writing to interact professionally with various stakeholders.

3. proficient in ms office: knowledge of microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint) to assist in report creation and data management.

4. attention to detail: ability to pay close attention to details in tasks like making travel arrangements, preparing reports, and managing the calendar accurately.

5. proactive and adaptable: demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and flexibility to handle unexpected situations and varying priorities effectively.
