- Manage executive's calendar: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the executive to ensure efficient time management.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations: Help in gathering data, creating slides, and organizing information to support the executive in presenting key information effectively.
- Organize travel arrangements: Make travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and itinerary planning to ensure smooth business trips for the executive.
- Handle communication: Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, responding to emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the executive.
- Maintain confidential information: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all interactions and tasks.
