Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Event Planner to join our team in Malad West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in planning and executing a wide range of events. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of event logistics and ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Event Design and Conceptualization**: Collaborate with clients to create unique themes and design concepts for various events, ensuring their vision is brought to life.

- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and that events are executed within financial guidelines.

- **Vendor Coordination**: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, including caterers, decorators, and audio-visual teams, to ensure quality service delivery.

- **Logistics Planning**: Handle all logistical details, including venue selection, transportation, setup, and onsite management, to ensure smooth event execution.

- **Client Communication**: Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them updated on plans and progress to ensure their expectations are met.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. Proficiency in event management software and a solid understanding of the event planning process are also vital. A diploma in a relevant field is required alongside the necessary experience.
