*Experience in XML and Webservice transformations

*Experience in B2B Integration projects

*Good understanding on SQL and Stored Procedures

*Understand legacy ETL codes and re-design it to meet performance and best practices standards

*Write technical design on the requirements, which can be used by the developers

*Support developers to produce ETL code which meet standards and best practices

*Act as a reference for the data integration and reporting solution

*Interact with and communicate detailed technical requirements to project development team

*Identify potential problems and proactively suggest changes and solutions
