Check quantities as per drawings and BOQ.

Prepare quantity take-offs and measurement sheets.

Verify civil work measurements at the site.

Maintain billing records and prepare cost statements.

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and accounts teams.

Check extra items, deviations, and variation statements.
