job description:

• prepare bills based on work done at site, take measurements, and certify them with clients/architects/pmc.

• tendering and estimation: prepare and submit tenders, estimate rates for boq (bill of quantities) of projects.

• rate analysis: conduct rate analysis for work done at site, ensuring accurate costing.

• construction knowledge: in-depth understanding of various construction works, including carpentry, civil works (raw and finishing), pop (plaster of paris) work painting, plumbing, electrical, hvac (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)

technical skills: billing engineer, carpentry works, civil works, hvac

soft skills: good communication skills, team management problem solving, interpersonal skills, analytical thinking

educational qualification: interior designer, be. civil

experience: 7-12 years’ experience
