Job Description:

• Prepare bills based on work done at site, take measurements, and certify them with clients/architects/PMC.

• Tendering and Estimation: Prepare and submit tenders, estimate rates for BOQ (Bill of Quantities) of projects.

• Rate Analysis: Conduct rate analysis for work done at site, ensuring accurate costing.

• Construction Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various construction works, including Carpentry, Civil works (raw and finishing), POP (Plaster of Paris) work Painting, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)

Technical skills: Billing Engineer, Carpentry works, Civil works, HVAC

Soft skills: Good communication skills, team management problem solving, interpersonal skills, analytical thinking

Educational Qualification: Interior Designer, BE. Civil

Experience: 7-12 years’ experience
