We are looking for a motivated and skilled Equity Dealer to join our team in Nashik. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for executing buy and sell orders for equities while providing excellent service to our clients.Key Responsibilities:- Execute Trades: You will carry out buy and sell orders in the stock market, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and promptly. This requires attention to detail and understanding of market conditions.- Monitor Market Trends: You will keep an eye on market movements and trends to provide timely advice to clients. Staying updated with financial news is crucial to help clients make informed decisions.- Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients about market trends, product offerings, and trade status. Good communication skills are necessary to build and maintain strong relationships.- Risk Management: You will assess trade risks and suggest suitable risk mitigation strategies to clients. This involves understanding the client's risk appetite and providing suitable options.- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trade activity and market trends to assist management in evaluating performance. Clear reporting is essential for tracking trading performance.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of financial markets. Previous experience in equity trading or a similar role is preferred for candidates with 1 to 7 years of experience. A degree in finance or related field is advantageous.
