Key Responsibilities:
1. Trade Execution & Client Dealing
Execute buy/sell orders for clients across NSE/BSE terminals, manage pre-trade and post-trade confirmations, and ensure accurate execution in line with client instructions and compliance standards.
2. Market Advisory & Client Servicing
Provide clients with market updates, research-backed trading ideas, and advisory support on market movements while resolving client queries and maintaining strong relationships.
3. Portfolio Monitoring & Risk Management
Monitor client portfolios, margin positions, and exposure limits, while supporting clients on risk-related actions including margin calls and portfolio reviews.
4. Revenue Enhancement & Product Advisory
Support growth in client engagement and trading activity while identifying opportunities to advise clients on relevant financial products such as Mutual Funds, IPOs, PMS, Insurance, and Fixed Income solutions.
5. Client Relationship Management & Account Activation
Strengthen and expand the active client base through new account onboarding, reactivation of dormant clients, regular engagement, and relationship-driven service focused on long-term client retention.
6. Compliance & Operational Excellence
Ensure all trading, advisory, and client servicing activities adhere to regulatory guidelines, internal compliance frameworks, and operational best practices.
