Job Summary
We are looking for a Jr. Engineer with a background in Civil, Integrated Water Management (IWM), or Environmental Engineering and 13 years of experience in design, engineering, and technical report preparation. The role involves supporting planning and design activities for water, wastewater, and environmental infrastructure projects, along with preparation of technical and statutory reports.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in design and engineering of civil and environmental infrastructure projects (water supply, wastewater treatment, storm water, reuse systems, etc.).
Prepare and review design calculations, drawings, and technical documents.
Support preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and engineering reports.
Prepare technical notes, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender-related documents.
Assist in hydraulic calculations, process sizing, and layout planning.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation).
Support compliance with environmental norms, guidelines, and statutory requirements.
Assist in data collection, site visits, surveys, and analysis for project planning.
Incorporate review comments and maintain proper documentation control.

Required Qualifications
ME / BE in Civil / Environmental / IWM Engineering.
13 years of experience in design, engineering, and report preparation.
Knowledge of water & wastewater treatment systems, environmental infrastructure, and civil design basics.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCAD, and basic engineering software/tools.
Good technical writing and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in preparing DPRs, EIA-related documents, and project reports.
Familiarity with CPHEEO, CPCB, MoEF&CC guidelines.
Basic knowledge of hydraulic modeling or process design tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical and coordination skills.
