Role Description

We're offering a full-time remote internship opportunity for an enthusiastic Instructor. In this role, the Instructor will play a pivotal part in shaping our instructional content by creating insightful YouTube videos focusing on programming topics such as Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), Java, and web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The Instructor's responsibilities encompass developing engaging lesson plans, delivering comprehensive instructional materials, closely monitoring student progress, and offering constructive feedback to both learners and stakeholders. Adaptation of teaching techniques to cater to diverse learning needs and styles is a core aspect of this role.

Qualifications

Teaching, mentoring, or coaching experience in a related field

Experience in developing instructional materials and lesson plans

Ability to assess and adapt to individual learning needs

Excellent English communication skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Experience with online or remote teaching platforms is a plus

Familiarity with industry-specific tools and technologies is a plus

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Key Requirements:

Strong command of the English language for delivering clear and comprehensible educational content

Passion for teaching and the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, understandable terms

Proficiency in at least one of the following technologies: DSA, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or any technology relevant to your comfort and expertise

Remote work flexibility and the ability to manage your own schedule
