Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated ENT Surgeon to join our team in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, India. This role is ideal for recent graduates as well as those with up to six years of experience. The successful candidate will diagnose and treat various ear, nose, and throat disorders to improve patient health and quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

1. **Patient Evaluation**: Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including taking medical histories and performing physical examinations to identify ENT issues.

2. **Diagnosis and Treatment**: Develop and implement treatment plans based on diagnosis. This may involve recommending surgery, medication, or other therapies.

3. **Surgical Procedures**: Perform various surgical procedures related to the ear, nose, and throat while ensuring the highest standards of safety and care.

4. **Follow-Up Care**: Monitor patients post-surgery and throughout their treatment journeys to ensure effective recovery and address any complications.

5. **Collaboration**: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and specialists, to provide comprehensive care for patients.

Required skills and expectations include:

Strong medical knowledge and skills in ENT practices, excellent communication skills to interact with patients and families effectively, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Candidates should exhibit strong decision-making abilities and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. A postgraduate degree in medicine specializing in ENT is essential for this role. Qualification MS/DNB/DLO Package is 2 LPM Negotiable As Per Experience
